Rules that apply to everyone using OopsBounty.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Do not share your login. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
Listing accuracy
Founders must provide an honest description of their program. The software URL must be live and accessible. The scope must accurately reflect what hunters are allowed to test. Misleading listings are removed without refund.
Submissions
Hunters must submit only genuine, reproducible findings within the listed scope. Duplicates, spam, or fabricated reports result in account suspension. Each submission must include clear steps to reproduce.
Payments and credits
Listing fees are non-refundable once a program is published. Credits are issued by founders upon approving a submission. OopsBounty does not guarantee that founders will approve or credit any specific report. Credits are redeemed through the platform and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Prohibited content
Listings and submissions must not contain hate speech, illegal material, sexual content, or content that violates the law. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards.
Exploitation
Do not exploit vulnerabilities for personal gain beyond the bounty scope. Do not access data that does not belong to you. Do not disrupt or degrade service for other users. Violations may result in permanent account termination.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of what you create. By submitting a listing or report, you grant OopsBounty a license to display and deliver that content on the platform. We do not claim ownership of your work.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days.
Changes
We may update these policies from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised policies.
